Strategy Driven Evaluation - identifying the 'pathfinder' talent that ensures change

This article explores the importance for organisations, both at strategic and tactical levels, to have the right people on the pitch in regard to a particular strategic change they are looking to achieve. It identifies the importance of ‘event driven’ evaluation of talent that needs to occur when the change identified will require significant movement in terms of mindset and behaviour amongst a group of people within the organisation. This ‘adaptive’ challenge may undermine previous assumptions of the ‘right person for the job’.
